Had my first go at making sausages. Used beef brisket with sage and garlic, boys were very helpful with advice and direction.

Staff are always really lovely here. Consistently have dog bones here and they have a good array of tasty meats. Really loved the macadamia chicken skewers

Nice to get old fashioned service. Also a great variety of meat. Tried goat for the first time! Absolutely delish!

Chicken schnitzels herb and garlic are to die for, T-bone steaks are the juiciest and most tender of all meat. The smoked ham off the bone , melts on the mouth, smoked to perfection,, pork steaks, again melt on the mouth and best quality. Travelled from Gold Coast to get my freezer full and will be back, double supply of all of above . Not to mention the jerky that is made in the shop,, you will never buy packaged jerky again. Nambucca butchery is da bomb!

Best butcher anywhere. We love their sirloin steaks, the ham is fantastic and not too salty, same for bacon. They sell big chooks that are the best we've had, can't recommend enough and lovely friendly people, try it!

The best butcher on the mid-north coast. High quality meats, 100% Australian produce with a really great range of both traditional favs and game options, and pantry items as well. In-house made creations (like the house smoked bacon and hams) and weekly specials (seasoned and flavoured meat cuts, kebabs, and sausages) from Jason are a highlight. Always friendly and good service.

My quest for the best sausage of all time in Australia has finally been fulfilled. The thin beef sausages I bought this arve are so good I believe them to be the BEST sausage I've ever eaten, and that's a big call. I'll be going back tomorrow to stock up the freezer once I get home. The thin pork were also very good. The bacon is also done on site and is for brekkie. Just check the meat in these sausages. Incredible. The bacon was equally as good as the sausages. Plenty of smoke, cut on the thicker side so the eye stays moist but the streaky can get crispy and, the rind goes to crackle! Happy days. Went back and bought 4.5kgs of sausages to take home for the freezer and saw splendid spare ribs in the showcase. Had to buy the tray full. AND I'm so glad I did. Only just got round to cooking them. They were, without a word of a lie, THE BEST spare ribs I've ever eaten. Sweet, crackle, delicious fat, perfect thickness for cooking from frozen under a max grill. Little bit of salt seasoning. Sensational

Stayed in Nambucca for a couple of nights on our way back home to Brisbane. Won a meat tray at the RSL so went to collect when leaving. Lovely friendly staff. The lamb was tender & tasty & it was the best bacon I have tasted. It's a shame we don't live closer.

While on holidays called in this amazing butcher shop. Old fashion service and staff So knowledgeable. There selection was amazing from Incredible tender steaks, homemade sausages and beautiful chicken skewers. Wish we had a local butcher like this. Great job guys.😃
